According to my psychology book this is a temporary problem…how long has this been occuring? Im not really sure if melatonin would fix this…it may help a little bit.

I am not a professional. I have used meletonin frequently and it has started making me feel as if my heart were skipping beats…..or just a wierd feeling. I bet it will be okay to fix the situation if used rarely.

Heck no do not take that stuff !!!
in my case I only tried like three nights taking melatonin and I felt sleepy all day. I
wont take that stuff again ever. it really messes up your sleep..

Nope. Probably would not have any effect, it’s really not that sort of medication.

Recurrent night time panic attacks should be looked into. They can be a sign of neurological problems, stress, psychiatric problems, all sorts of things. Depending on the cause an nature of them your doctor should be able to work through and find a solution for you – though you may need a referral to a sleep specialist.
