Everyday Anxiety Symptoms

I have really pale yellow stool with no other symptoms. I have mild anxiety and I’m worried of cancer.?
I’m 19 and over weight. Only thing thing that is wrong with me i’d that I have highblood pressure abs I’m on fosinopril for that.
But for the past week I’ve have yellow to very pale yellow stool off and on. Sometimes diarreah sometimes not. I don’t have any other symptoms. No pain, bloating etc. My stool is very loose and never really solid. It also looks to have undigested food in it too. I only tend to have cramps when I do go. Besides that I just have everyday pains nothing lasting more than a second or two, nothing out of the ordinary.
During the weekend was the worst, I ate ravioli at and Italian resturaunt and had bad diarreah that day. I’m a hypocandriac, so when reading on the net about foamy urine, I noticed I have that too, might just be me imagining things though.
I’m really afraid it may be bad, such as cancer. I know I’m a little extreme in thinking. I haven’t been able to see a doctor yet, and help is appreciated.
It really sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I have had IBS for about 10 years and am 26 now. I will have a month of pure misery, swapping between diarrhea, nausea, acid reflux, gas, pale yellow stool, and stomach cramps. Then I’ll have 4 months with no problems. I do notice my stomach symptoms do co-incide with my anxiety. I have had 2 colonoscopies to rule out Chron’s Disease, which I do not have. You also could have Chron’s Disease. The only way to know would be through a colonoscopy. I would definitely invest in seeing a gastroenterologist. It could also be a stomach ulcer. They considered that on me as well. I tried tons of different prescriptions for my symptoms and honestly, nothing worked better than Immodium and Acid Reducers. I just took it as needed and when my “bout” of symptoms was gone, I would quit taking it. I used to be a hypochondriac as well and spent lots of money and time on MRIs, Catscans, and tests to find out nothing is wrong with me except IBS, anxiety, and sinus problems. It’s great relief! You may also want to invest in seeing a psychiatrist about your anxiety. Once I got on Lexapro (antidepressant) and Xanax, my stomach problems disappeared. Good luck!
