Do you think exercise everyday will cure my anxiety problem?
This had attack me for several years. I’m 17+ this year. I’m not the sporting type of person, i seldom exercise because i dont do well in sport. I think because that makes my feel tired all day. I’m studying now. I had poor communication & understanding skill since young. What can i do to improve myself, i don’t wish to feel tired all day etc?
Exercise definitely does help with anxiety problem… I’m not sure if it will cure it but I know it will help it. When you exercise and sweat… it helps fight some of those chemical going into your head (aka anxiety).
