How to get rid of anxiety without taking medication?
I know I have a problem with anxiety. I have been trying to work through it lately by exercising every day and starting yoga. But I still sometimes get that horrible stress feeling in my stomach and I hate feeling it, are there any other things I can do to get rid of my anxiety?
I will not take medication.
Try learning some meditation techniques.
