Fear Anxiety
Fear/anxiety about never finding happiness again?
I just recovered from the “Dark night of my soul”. I am turning to spirituality to answer my questions. I have an obsessive fear/anxiety that I will never find happiness. How do I ease this?
Well it is a just fear that you will never find happiness again. As long as we experience life within our Ego, we can never be truly satisfied. Our Egoism (Our desire to enjoy ourselves) destroys every desire we have every had, upon receiving that desires corresponding pleasure. You have experienced this before. It is similar to getting a brand new car. At first, it is the best thing that has ever happened to you.
But within a few weeks or months, this object loses it’s quality, and you are left feeling empty again. A Soul is a vessel of reception that allows you to experience unbounded joy and existence, beyond time and space. We can attain our Soul by changing our internal quality of Egoism into Altruism.
