Fear Of Aging In Women

Women Ages 18-24, how does your body image and weight affect your dietary habits?
This is just out of curiosity. Be honest, please. Why lie to yourself?
Do you do any of the following in order to lose weight or simply stay “thin” even if you aren’t trying to lose weight?
a) Skip Breakfast or any meal of the day
b) Smoke cigarettes to keep weight down, or do not quit because you fear gaining weight.
c) Binge and purge
d) Eat or drink low-fat foods or drinks.
e) Use artificial sweeteners
f) Counting calories
g) Caloric restriction (consciously eating less at meals). This behavior differs from f).
a) I never skip breakfast but sometimes lunch or supper
b) Hate cigarettes so no
c) No
d) Sometimes I’ll eat healthier foods but I still prefer my regular food and drinks so not really I guess
e) Nope
f) No, too much work figuring out how many calories are in everything I eat
g) Somedays if I feel bad about myself I will, but usually no
The reason everything pretty much is a no is because I really don’t believe in diets, if I want to lose weight I exercise but still eat what I want…. and I’m 22 in case you wanted to know exactly
