learned fears: public speaking, spiders, closed spaces
Overcame public speaking fear by doing it and by attending toastmasters. Fear of spiders still there, but much less just due to exposure to them. Still afraid of closed spaces, but only if it’s very tight and cramped – I’m not afraid if there is room to move.
