How do you overcome a fear of needles?
I’m in year 7 and I have to have two needles at school tomorrow. Neddles are my worst fear and i’ve been having nightmares about it for the last few days and whenever my friends talk about it I get really scared and lightheaded. HELP!
dont even glance at the needle, and go with a friend!
and dont forget to RELAX completely, because then it wont hurt.
