Fear Of Questions Phobia

Another Phobia Question?
If you have a phobia do you have an idea how you got that fear or do you have no idea..just curious.
I have a fear of snakes that came from my mom having one of our landlords kill the snake I steped over..after she told me snakes wouldn’t hurt me….of course it was a water moccasin..
I also have a fear of spiders probally passed to me from my mother who is also afrade of them.. I never understood this fear since I am bigger than a spider but I would probally face all my other fears before that one and end up hurting my self to get away from a spider.
I wash my hands all the time because I am scared of germs. I won’t use public bathrooms and when I get out in public I try not to touch things. When I do I won’t touch my face or body until I wash my hands.
I don’t like for people to touch me unless it’s one of my kids or hubby. Not big on others in my family touching me either..
Canned Biscuits. I can’t open them. I freaky out.
