is there a phone phobia cure out there?
i need help
i have a fear….a big fear of calling strangers or people i know on the phone. i need a cure. i get other people to phone for me but if i have to use the phone i completely forget what to say or i feel before hand that i don’t know how to start the conversation with the other person. note that i only have problems calling people not answering the phone.
can someone help me…..i need to get over this asap
