How to get over the fear of public speaking?

I need advice, bad. When I am called to present, my body turns cold and I start to shake.
It’s really embarrassing (people laughing) because when I shake, i cant stop. My legs especially shake too much. Any advice? But not the underwear thing.

Rather than trying to deliver the speech ,verbatim, try just sharing your thoughts, like talking to a bunch of friends. just know what you want to say. let it come from your heart and feelings. you have to really believe what you say. and think of it as fun. to share your thoughts . but it still takes preparation, because you really have to know and believe and even more important CARE about the subject what you are talking about.
