What is the best and worst food to eat when you have anxiety/depression?
Serious answers only please.
Mmmmm. From my experience. I would say that it is important to eat fruit and veg and substantial food in general. Eating good food will not make you feel all that better though if there are issues that are bothering you that haven’t been addressed. It’s a bit of both. Also, eating bad food is probably not as bad for you as drinking too much or doing drugs. Sugary foods may make you feel a bit run down physically, but you have to understand what it is inside that is causing the majority of the problem. Once I quit drinking and started eating really healthily for about a month in a bid to ease stress/anxiety etc but it did little for me. The reason being was because I ignored an emotional issue and thought that physical factors would solve it. Having a couple of pints was acrually healthier for me because it made me express myself easier so it’s swings and roundabouts. You have to understand what is REALLY causing the problem in your mind/body. If you already understand it, you have to ADMIT it. Good Luck!
