@chubbykatze82 mdjidara is ryt dont fight it…i suffer anxiety ang panic attack always but it wont hurt us..yeah i know its so scary feeling its like dying over and over gain but the key is take it and ask for more the more u fear of anxiety the more anxiety u accept..the sensation is scary but its only a sensation…
Everything you’ve said struck me to a core I hate to know is there but it reminds me everyday, every second it can. I’m crying and it’s so fucking true excuse my language but it’s so dammed frustrating it’s beyond words. I’m there with you though I can’t offer any real advice as I cannot control my problems any better then anyone I know (who is no one : /) with severe anxiety. Internet huggles for you, I’m sorry you feel like I do.
@mdjidara I want to learn how to teach myself to flow with it. My flight response is so massive it never seems to work. I have only learned of this technique recently and I really NEED to dominate this or welcome it I don’t care anymore I NEED this to stop I want to be a normal person who goes out and has a life I can’t take this anymore.
1. don’t fight it
2. let it flush you all over you and observe the feeling – Don’t react
3. when you think you will start to freak out try to stay silent and ask for more those emotions and don’t fight…
4. thank for this emotions and expect them in the future with happines that you can overcome them easily…if they appear
It’s important not to react and panic on those emotions because as much as you fight it’s bigger and bigger, the moment you start to flow with it (going downstream) it stop

dude you seem like a really good natured and goof hearted person. I feel for you man, I think I have GAD as well, I can’t muster up the courage to go get a diagnosis and be put on benzos and ssri’s, so I have been forced to be my own doctor and prescribe myself the amount of xanax that I need to lead a normal life.
@lolie02 be positive nothing of what you think is gonna happen, expect the best from everything, read a book called “fear from fear” by howard lingbold, it will help you a lot.

Hi, try the book ‘the happiness trap’, I have GAD on and off for 10 years now. Meditation and reading this book really helps me. The book is about ‘ the acceptance and commitment therapy ‘(ACT). We need to accept what is in our life and continue to live our lives rather than being stuck by what could have been without this disorder. Accept, I know it is hard, however we need to accept and move on. Be brave.
I have suffered with panic attacks for 15 years and all the counseling, medication and books I have purchased within the 15 years just masked the fear, never eliminated it for good. The only program that has given me long term success was Barry Joe McDonaghs Panic Away program. Thank you so much Barry for changing my life. My 15 year battle with panic attacks is now a thing of the past. Click on my channel mypanicaway for details.
@TheCj613 Klonopin or clonozepam work GREAT for me… when i was on xanax it helped but it turned me into a kleptomaniac lol i was always stealing when i was on that pill.. but klonopin calms me down and i feel normal like i did before i was diagnosed with anxiety disorder
@crazzygirl100 me too sweetie im 19 and been suffering since i was 9/. youtube does make me happy tho
Thanks for your video. I have recently been diagnosed with it too. im a female in my 30s. Taking Xanax and Buspar. Its comforting to know I’m not alone cuz no one around me understands. People used to tell me “I’m doing it to myself” but why would I do that.. A friend who has OCD said its a personal hell. I agree. Again thanks hope we all can get better some how..
Everything you said is so true…
Psychiatrist threatened to withdraw ”treatment” if service user gets too distressed OMFG…
For all of the anxiety sufferers, I recommend you check out a book called Nothing to Fear. I used to have an anxiety disorder and was able to beat it on my own. I wrote this book because I felt it was my duty to help others with the same problem I used to have. Just know one thing. Anxiety is not a mental illness.
The best tip for how has anxiety disorder is the combination of your medication with Behavior Cognitive Therapy. Your are going to learn how to deal with the situations that can cause anxiety.
