Girlfriend Anxiety
My girlfriend suffers with Anxiety and occasionally has panic attacks – how do i help?
I want to try and help her when she is feeling crap but having never suffered with the same do not know what is the best thing to do. Anyone know any decent websites i can look at to try and get a better understanding of how she is feeling when it comes on???

I have the same problem as your g/f. There is not much you can do, but listen and give lots+lots of hugs. My b/f does this, but he is also really tough with me. At the end of the day, I really need to get through this and over it,so just be really supportive, but not too shielding.
