Yea, but I had a horrible psychiatrist (correction, have) all it does is get worse

I have had a anxiety/panic disorder for my entire life. It started with my first panic attack when I was 8 years old. It has been a struggle everyday but, I’ve been married and I had children and I now have grandchildren.
I’ve had good years when it was more under control. Now that I am older it is becoming harder to control again.
There is much better treatment for it now, then when I was younger. The younger people get much better treatment for it, than the older people do because, you still have time to contribute something to society where as once you’re older those years are over.
yeah i had. but i got over it by doing minding my health and getting my thought right
