How can i get rid of my constant anxiety at home and at work?

for the past two weeks i’ve been feeling this constant anxiety about these random thoughts such as how the earth was created and when i’m at work that is when my anxiety gets worse i feel as if i’m alone and everyone around me is not there , i just want to leave work and go home. is there anyway i can get rid of this feeling other than medication. also i felt the same way when i was in middle school but it went away for many years and it just recently came back i am 21 now.

Brian, you have a lot of questions wrapped into one here. The creation is a philosophical and religious question. The aloneness speaks to a feeling of isolation, which is pretty common by the way. Talk therapy can go a long way toward relieving your fears and getting to the root of them. This may be your way of combatting new forms of stress or you may be suppressing something else entirely. You do need to talk to your doctor or a counselor to get to the bottom of this. If you should need medication, it’s not a big deal today. There are few side effects and any of them are better than what you’re dealing with now.
