how can i build a little shack thing?

13′ x 13′. i would also like to know what shape would be easiest to build. it won’t have electricity of course but i would like to put some sort of insilation in so they could play year round. would like thick heavy blankets work for insilation. and would they work better with like garbage bags over them since g-bags are water proof. i don’t want any stupid answers like just use milk cartons or use a refrigerator box. i want actual informative answers. the cheaper the building materials the better. i would also like to have an estimate of how much you think the materials would cost and if you would a little info on how to build it would help. (hence the question, how can i build a shack.) i live in oklahoma and the sales tax is somewhere between 8 – 10 cents a dollar, i can’t really remember. again the cheaper the better.
