Visit, download or read the free manual, watch the free videos and start “tapping”. All you need is to know where the points are and the basics to get started.

It works wonders on panic attacks!!

You can also do a search on “EFT” (which stands for Emotional Freedom Technique) on YouTube, and find tons of resources.

    Good luck!!

Breathing exercises do wonders. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Good Luck!

I have panic attack disorder. I have had it since I was a teen. It was so bad I couldnt leave the house. Im 30 now and I can control them without meds.
Medicine was the answer for me. I had to take a pill to live a ‘normal’ life. I went to therapy (didnt do squat for me) and then had boyfriends that were sweet and helped me learn to deal with them on my own. With medicine as my backup I learned to get through them on my own. I took less and less of a pill learning all the way how to deal with them (knowing I was safe cause I had my pills on me) I am medicine free and only panic once a year if that.
I found that medicine (clonazapam) helped me to learn how to face the panic and beat it on my own. I only used medicine for a few years but it was my safety net while I was being brave. And I did learn how to deal with them on my own. Take baby steps, face the fear. Its the only way. Have friends with you. It helps.

Panic attacks are very common – and very very unpleasant to experience – the signs and symptoms of panic attacks can sometimes even make you feel as if you are having a heart attack – even though you’re not.
There are lots of ways you can use to get rid of panic attacks some are easier and faster than others.
The main thing to know is that however bad they feel panic attacks can’t actually do you any harm and the more you try to fight a panic attack, the worse it will feel.
When the panic attack comes on the best thing is to close your eyes if you can, focus on your breathing and then watch all the sensations in your body and the thoughts going through your mind – as if they are happening to someone else.   Just watch them all with interest, rather than trying to change them or make them go away.
You’ll find the signs and  symptoms disappear very quickly if you do this.  And the less frightened you are of having a panic attack, the less likely you are to have one.
