How can i manage my social anxiety and feel more comfortable in social situations?

People laugh at me when I’m in public places. I think it’s the way i carry myself and my tone of voice and deep down, I realize it is merely social anxiety… but what can i do to fix it?

    You just have to realize that you live for today and if you don’t like how you’re living, you’ll regret it.
    Just practice in the mirror, take a close friend that knows the problem and go into large groups for practice. Also, observe other people and how they act, talk, and present themselves.

    What makes you feel confident? Are you a good dancer or a fashion designer? Go flaunt it, and you’ll notice, jokes on them….
