How do i make friends when im homeschooled and have social anxiety?

I’m home schooled and have social anxiety and don’t go out! when i was at school i had no friends and that is one of the reasons i left i did try making friends but it didn’t go well..i don’t go out unless i have to and that is with my parents any advice..i also live in a small place so i couldn’t go to any clubs.

If you can manage to make one friend you will be able to make more. start slow, know there is nothing to be afraid of
What good will friends do? Ultimately, you’ll be better off alone. Only you can make yourself happy… no one else can do that for you… they can only hold you away from realizing that.
First things first.
Get your social anxiety treated. It’s not that difficult. Then you can begin socializing.

With friends like that, who needs enemies. I’ve never been able to make friends either.
Well how about if you googled for a local homeshool support group. They’re a great way to get support of every kind for homeschoolers. Many have social outings as well as homeschooling classes that you can take. They vary from group P.E. classes to foreign languages, music and science and dance… There are probably as many different classes and social events as there are homeschool support groups. The web is a great way to find them and they’re easy to join.
Don’t be anxious, your’e headed in the right direction. The homeschooling community is growing daily and it’s a welcoming community!
Try getting involved in your library or local church. That is how I made friends. Friends are overrated any way. Easy come, easy go. You can also join several online pages that can help you socialize. Some of the ones that I like are Facebook’s East Coast Homeschoolers and Homeschool Chat.
This is why homeschooling is so toxic, you need to be around kids your age and learn to socialize the hard way, its not easy for everyone.
I have Plenty of freinds and I am homeschooled! Just Try to meet some people in your neighborhood and just be nice!!!
