I am 13 years old. I keep having anxiety attacks in church, so much that im afraid to go to chuch again. My mom is forcing me to go still. I really dont want to go but i have to. What can i do to prevent these attacks. I recently got a check up at the doctors and i was fine, its all in my head but anxiety attacks are scary.

You are probably feeling the spirit of the Lord. You may be just thinking about the idea of God. Read the bible and build a relationship with him and maybe you will feel better in church.

Sit on the end of the row. You won’t get that trapped feeling of being stuck in the middle pew. Maybe you are having a reaction from perfume. Try sitting away from people who wear too much.

My heart goes out to you.

I was diagnosed with Menieres disease some time back which caused all sorts of panic attacks, no matter where I was – fear of driving, flying etc etc. My biggest one was enclosed spaces – could not even go to the supermarket!!

The symptoms are awful, really awful, and that is why my heart goes out to you.

I found a solution – REALLY WORKS – no pills or potions, or magic herbs or such garbage – check it out – worked for me.

My thoughts are with you, but you are not alone and there is help – check this out like I said – see the site.

Don’t go. I get it to. Speak against your Mom if you don’t want to go. Churches suck like that…
