“What if something goes wrong??” I know Kiyosaki and others talk a lot about fear. How do you handle it?

Coming from my own experiences, I did my homework on the investment and felt comfort before I got involved. I recommend something small to start out with. The confidence comes when you understand how to minimize risk and when you are financially stable to take bigger risks. The more deals you do, the easier they get. I remember being worried buying my second place, and after that, they all got easier. Best of luck to you!

    I’m an agent.

All I can say is start small with something that doesn’t cost a lot, doesn’t need a ton of work and which will make you profit. Take baby steps to ensure you don’t get in over your head. First and foremost I would suggest deciding between residential and commercial investment properties and figure how much money you have to work with.

Next, look for a good agent to help you get rolling.
