How to deal w/ anxiety attack in a car?

I asked like a dumb butt to go to my aunts house tomorrow and they said yeah and now are making me…and well its 3hours away and i get really bad panic or anxiety attacks in cars or anywhere but mostly in cars and even if its just 10min. or 5min.
Im really scared if i have one so how can i prevent it?what can i do?

    If you have bad panic attacks you need to be on medication.
    Ask the person driving to pull over… open the window ..take 10 deep breaths and relax.. I take my medication and put my headphones on and listen to soft comforting music It’s all you can do …but you can get medication for those bad attacks.. I take Atavan..
