How to get rid of anxiety attacks?

I have been having anxiety attacks lately due to the stress from school. I am studying engineering, and there is really no way I can lighten the work load (the cause of the stress). I really have no time to meditate or exercise because I am always doing homework. Is there any other quick way (besides meds) to help deal with this?

i use deep breathing as a stress reliever. just look up from what you are doing close your eyes for five minutes and feel yourself breathe in and out. i am not in school, but i have three children (3, 2 and 6 months) and this has helped me loads. i call it my “mini mental moment”

OMG i have the same problem!!! I thought i was the only one!

Sorry I dont have a good answer, but i would also like to know some methods that will help!

People have told me just to take like 15 minutes a day and worry all i want and be totally anxious but after that 15 minutes is over, i can’t worry the rest of the day, any thing that happens was meant to happen.
