Are you a new driver/?Choose smaller, less busy highways, and drive at less busy times of day. Get plenty of practice on small roads before trying a 6 or 12 lane super highway. Driving should not necessarily be “fun.” You need to feel confident and safe…and you can build confidence a little at a time with experience.
Well if you really want to overcome the fear of driving on a highway then you are going to have to work hard. It is so worth it though when you get over it. You will be able to drive and not be so scared. I know of some info that may help you. I am not a expert but a site in my source leads to a ton of good info on getting over the fear of driving. I hope this helps!
