I would go if you feel like you are going to hurt yourself, but otherwise you need to be seeing a psychologist or other mental health professional
it helps to know that it is just what you say and not something really horribly wrong with you. One thing that can really help is exactly what you are doing which is reaching out. I will try to “talk you down”. Anxiety and emotions evolved in us to protect us from danger. Now that you are pregnant there are so many things to worry about and then there are the hormones which are like turning the gas flame up from 4 to hi. Try to remember that your worry is a good sign that you are conscientious and that you are thinking about ways to head off problems. Then tell yourself this meditation over and over, “I am totally safe, everything is happening for my highest good. I acknowledge the power within me that has created this condition and I release it.” Say it over and over and concentrate on your breathing. The adrenalin and chemicals in your anxiety go into the baby so if you can slow your breathing and concentrate on slowing your heart beat reading the meditation over and over and breathing over and over you will not only soothe yourself you will be able to soothe your baby even before it is born. For that you can control the world, do it for your baby….breathing in and out deep breathes. Breathe a deep breath in so your tummy puffs out even more than it is now when you pull in all the air you can hold it, put your arms over your head and take in more…hold it and then exhale trying to make your belly button touch your back bone. Breathe in again and so on deep breathes slow breathes……..over and over slow your breathing slow your heart beat…..get into it after you slow down some do some stretching feel the anxiety but act differently than the anxiety feel it but do different say the meditation breathe feel the anxiety but act different feelings are meaningless here actions are everything do it for the baby start right now to teach your baby how to cope with life it is learning right now it is developing brain pathways that reflect your moods and actions …..feel the anxiety but act calm by breathing and focusing on the meditation
Try this it is a natural method for overcoming anxiety and panic attacks. This method uses cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and advanced psychology to eliminate anxiety. Trust me it works really well i have gone from having almost daily panic attacks to not having them at all, so if you are really suffering give this method a try it might just solve all your problems.
