I have an advice question about anxiety attacks at school?

Lately I have been having anxiety attacks at school, but i haven’t really told the teachers what’s wrong and what to do if I have one in class and stuff. my mom doesn’t think that I should tell anyone, but I disagree with her. I think my teachers should know so that if I have one in their class they know that I am not having a heart attack or stroke or anything. Do you think that I should tell them or the nurse, both or neither??

I think that you should tell the nurse and teachers at school because they really do care about you (I know that sounds weird, they’re the ones who give you homework!).
Ask your mom why she doesn’t want you to tell the school. If it’s because she doesn’t want the students knowing about it, tell her that the teachers and nurse are not allowed to pass on any information about students to other students.
If you are having anxiety attacks, you really do need the support from people to I think telling your teachers and the nurse is important so that they can help you.

yeah so have i i think you should tell the nurse and go see a doctor or psychologist and perhaps they will give you meds or breathing exercises
