I have anxiety attacks and when i get upset which gets me angry with my kids what should i do?

Remember that your children are all really just babies. They don’t make messes to try to make you upset.
You are human. You are tired and being stretched so thin that you can’t cover it all.
Anxiety can come from a need to be perfect. Let up on the need for everything to be perfect. Give yourself permission to let some things go.
Are you enjoying your babies? The housework will always be there but the precious moment with them —right now— won’t.
Don’t miss out on them. Let yourself delight in every giggle, hiccup, sticky fingerprint, and slobbery kiss while they are little.
Give them each a blanket and a pillow and lay down on the couch with them in front of the cartoons and get them to take a nap with you.
Call in the reinforcements when you just have to have a nap, or a shower by yourself.
Maybe a neighbor is in the same boat and would be willing to trade off with you so that you can each have an hour to yourselves. Or the two of you can just sit together and talk over coffee. There is sanity in numbers.
first take a deep breath, and you need to breath it out, you need to close your eyes and count to 10 backwards. and as your counting tell yourself, i willnot yell i will not get angry, i will be understanding, and loving,
its hard with kids and there all little. you need your time, lay them all down for a nap, do the same even if its 30 min, your body needs it.
when your husband gets home, say hey i need 30 go take a bath but some music on, and just rest your mind, yoru body will be ok but your mind needs that time to let go of the day.
have one area that the kids can play teach them room is where we play not in other rooms of the house, you have to teach them to do what you want, so your less stressed, its your job to do that.
and put them in time out when they fight, 1 min to there age. and in a few days they will know if i fight i have to sit the more they cry and yell the longer they sit, in a few days it will get better trust me i have 3 too.
and i have attacks but i just dont yell or i just we wipe out, it take my engery away, so you have to sit rules to make it easy for you.
