I have panic attacks but the weird thing is that I do not have some of the symptoms like others do. Help?

My panic attacks happen quickly and only last a short time like less than a minute, but I do not have the difficulty breathing nor do I feel my heart pounding heavily. It is annoying and it happens more than once a day, sometimes even more than three times. HELP!!!
Basically when it starts, I feel like I am burning, dizzy, upper abdomen hurts, and an intense fear feeling, but my heart just beats normally.

Ask your doctor for some propranolol – this is a very good drug for helping with anxiety attacks. I take 10mg each day and they’re under control.

panic attacks can vary in the way they affect you.

this is what is called a panic attack:

this is what is called a limited symptom panic attack:

as you can see the length, severity, symptoms and combinations of symptoms can vary.

you def’ need to see a doctor about this.
they can help you with medication and maybe therapy too.

This feeling lasts “less than a minute”??? Then, why would you even call it a “Panic Attack”? Sounds like just a general nevous feeling. You should probably get a medical checkup and see if your adrenal gland is out of whack. Sounds like you’re pumping adrenaline for no APPARENT reason. Check it out.

What happens during your attacks? That is something that you have to answer to get any feed-back to your situation. If you DON’T have these symptoms, what one’s do you have?
