Thanks for sharing. I wonder where I could find a group in my city so I could train social interaction. One of my problems is being in a group…..

I strongly recommend you find a qualified homeopathic practitioner. We have many cured cases in our literature over the years. I have successfully treated a few cases (I don’t specialized in just SA) and my colleagues have presented many cured cases at different seminars over the years. Good luck in your search for wellness.

I’ve been suffering from SA for over 12 years without trying to get help (I just recently discovered there a name for this), but now that I am trying to find a different job and having a really hard time with interviews, I’m considering seeking out a professional to help me with this.
I’m so glad I decided to look up “Social Anxiety” on Youtube because it’s comforting to see so many people that I can identify with. This helped me a lot and made me feel less alone, thank you.

I first encountered Social Anxiety in High School also.. im 18 now and i still have it.. What you said about Being alone with 1 person and there being a silence, that you would blame it on yourself… thats EXACTLY what i do still, i basically cannot get a girlfriend, and i dont speak to girls at all really, i even get embarassed infront of my mum… so yh it sucks… i go college and i dread the days in which i do classroom work or when we have long breaks in the canteen… i dno wt to do!

No, being blinded is accepting religion. And thinking some invisible guy loves you would certainly help your confidence. Key is stopping your mind from going toward fear and redirecting to something else. In Social anxiety, it’s that of people judging you. They are not judging you until your fear of them is noticed. Nobody else needs god to not have Social Anxiety.. they just don’t think about it like we do. So try to DO THE SAME. You don’t need to believe in fairy tales to feel better.

    “Crippling emotional frailty”. Very well-put.

Like he said, he has faith. God’s message about peace with others and most importantly, with himself, is his motivator. If it worked for him, why quit believing? :/ I have not followed my religion (Catholic) in YEARS but I’m starting to consider its usefulness. I have tried therapy and medicine and I’m sick, SICK of it. Sometimes you’ve just gotta go with what you’ve been ignoring and consider giving it a try. That’s personal choice of course, whatever works for them.

    @KarmaDebt
He revealed to me how FOOLISH I was and how much HE LOVES ME.
By His word and Spirit he revealed all this to me.

The only ones who are able to understand what im saying are only those who have faith.
People who are blinded by the darkness of this world will never see the truth…

Pills, therapy, books about the subconcious mind etc you name it.

In my experience I can truly testify that only The Living GOD has healed me.
Medications from doctors helped me a little and it was temporary.
    God’s healing power is ETERNAL!

Now Im not an antidepressant pill dependent.
The cure for fear is FAITH!
    Fear limits you.
    FAITH ENABLES YOU!

People, THE ALMIGHTY GOD IS YOUR ONLY HOPE.
READ THE WORD OF GOD, HAVE FAITH AND OBEY!

God loves you and He wants you to LET HIM…

I know all about this. My idea of hell is a noisy night club and being around drunk people in town.

My conversational skills are very good these days. It’s practice.

For some reason I can’t bring myself to meet a partner for fear of losing my independence.
