for a few months now when i get of the sofa or when i get out of my bed
and also when i get out of the shower i have been getting very dizzy so dizzy that i cant walk Very well my mom thinks it is hormonal because my step dad thinks he had a similar thing when he was my age (13) and a girl who is in my school who is about 15 has blackouts when she gets out the shower
along with this dizzyness i get hedaches
obviously vertigo is a sighn of a ear infection

Maybe the blood flow. If you take a shower with hot water hot speeds the blood flow so that could be it. And you might be getting off the sofa and bed too fast some people need to do it little by little and the headaches goes back to the fast blood flow. Otherwise just check it out with a good doctor.
