If a blind guy develops an ilness of memory loss, can that person forget that he is blind? Have panic attacks?

I don’t know if anyone will know somebody like this but i need to know that if a blind person develops an illness of memory loss, can that person forget that he/she is blind? Will he/she have panic attacks?

    If the person is born blind. No, because they will have never experienced sight.

    If the memory lapse goes BEFORE they became blind, quite possibly yes.

    it depends on the timeline of the person becoming blind and the memory loss.
