The God Pan associated with shepherds & flocks is said to cause panic (panikon deima) in lonely places. If there is no such God why do people have panic attacks?

Pan was also the healer and friend of animals in need. Maybe there is a Hindu God responsible for panic attacks!

Words are great, are they not? But that’s all they are, words. Words set down a long time ago and we just follow now because if we didn’t, you wouldn’t understand.
