How should I do a phone interview for journalism class?

I’m taking journalism this year, and I’m a freshman. I like to write and take pictures and participate with the paper, but i’m pretty dang introverted. I’ve already interviewed a few people but i can’t get over my anxiety of it. Tonight i have to do a phone interview with a senior…I am very uncomfortable.
