Old Man from Scene 24 asked:

The fear I speak of is the fear some people have of other people, the type that separates them from others. The fear that keeps someone from stopping to help a stranded motorist on a lonely road, or from answering the door late at night when it could be someone who needs your help. What does the religious/spiritual group you are affiliated with do in regards to fear?

It’s not about your religion, it’s about your choices.
I choose to understand why I sometimes fear things, not replace them with silly nonsensical beliefs.
I think that most religions are fueling it.
No, belligerence is one of the biggest problems.
Frankly, having been all over the world, most people are confident in themselves and don’t really fear.
Believe it or not, what I’ve found is that Americans are the most insecure in themselves, and I think it’s because we live individually, not as families.
Sorry, but not really seeing “fear” as the big problem.
It’s a superiority complex that causes that stuff, if you ask me.
My faith tradition teaches that everyone is equal. “Who is my neighbor…….?”
well, christianity teaches us to help everyone, so…
Fear is a problem because without fear the trinity of satan, being politics, religion and economics, would go broke. IF the Bible were taught properly we would know that division and its children, being hatred, conflict, discrimination, etc., is the result of satan’s gift to mankind, the knowledge of good and evil. That is why God warned Adam and Eve about it.
