Is it normal to get muscle aches in your left arm when you have anxiety?

I’m 18 years old and I have GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). Every time I get a muscle ache in my left arm I always think I’m going to have a heart attack. I don’t have chest pain. But I do have Tachycardia (The non-dangerous kind). I’m always worrying. Anyone have the same problem?

It is normal for someone who has panic attacks. My friend has the same condition. I wish I knew a good solution. Anti-anxiety meds can help. Just take comfort in knowing it’s not really a heart attack, and it is totally normal for someone with GAD.
