Ok so I have this serious fear of when people are holding knives right in front of me. I’ve had the fear for like a year, and at first it wasn’t that bad but now it just makes me shake and I get uneasy. I’m perfectly okay with knives, it’s just when people are holding the knives that makes me feel weird.
Is this a phobia? If it is, what is it called?
