I want to know if this is just a weird coincidence or not.
First of all I will describe my dream.
In my dream I would walk out of my bedroom door and the windows would be open, I would always be wearing the same long, flowing, white night gown which would always blow with the wind coming from the window. I would stand at the top of the staircase and just jump. I always landed on my feet and as soon as I landed the dream would end.
My brothers dream was almost the same except he would have white top and bottom pajamas and my Dad always caught him when he jumped down the stairs, when he was caught the dream would end.

I had this reoccurring dream from about ages 5 – 6 and my brother experienced it in the same 2 years but he would have been 11 – 12. Is this just a coincidence or does this often happen?

When I stopped having that dream I began having another recurring dream and this time I would be standing at the edge of a giant ditch and my favourite flask would be at the edge of the ditch. My brother and father were always there and I would reach to the my flask and just fall, constantly into a black hole of nothingness. Could this be where my fear of heights and falling sprung from? My brother never experienced this dream.
