Can anxiety or OCD cause you to feel sick.?

I’m 16 years old and about 6 months ago my parents got a divorce. Which was not easy for me.
Then about two months ago all my siblings and I were very sick for several weeks and my brother was sent to the hospital for hyperventilating. And ever since then I have had different symptoms every week from stomach pains and nausea to extreme fatigue and headaches. I went to the doctor and was tested for anemia, and mono, things of that sort. They all came back negative so I know im not actually sick with anything. But right now my stomach is very sore and I have very bad nausea when ever im hungry.

Anxiety can make you feel sick. It can even make you have muscle aches as well as head aches.
