Does anyone else have tension pain from anxiety?
I have tension pain in my neck and shoulders from anxiety and stress. Anyone else have this.
I have this frequently. The best thing to do is stop and do a few simple stretches.
First, slowly lower your chin to your chest, then back as far as easily can go. Second, lower each ear to your shoulders, slowly. Do both of these slowly and several times. Third, leave arms at your side and rotate your shoulders forward and backward several rounds each.
All of these help relieve the tension in the neck and shoulders.
