i’ve had a nervous breakdown before, i don’t know if mine was a typical breakdown or an unusual one, but i became really paranoid and threw a huge fit that i didn’t get over for about 3 days. I didnt eating during those 3 days and it was horrible.
I was so paranoid that when my sister made me top ramen, i threw it to the ground because i thought it was poison.
the tip here is never ger overly stressed.
