I suffer from anxiety which is a nightmare?

Does anyone know if it can make you feel like you are about to pass out sometimes even though you felt fine a moment before?

Yes it can. This could actually be a panic attack. They come out of nowhere, you feel like you can’t breath, you get dizzy and can also become confused, you can also start sweating.

Panic attacks tend to come out of nowhere, anxiety is more of an all the time feeling.

If this keeps happening get a check up with your MD and have some blood work done to check your Thyroid. If your thyroid is out of “wack” it can mimic anxiety.

Ask your doctor for a referral to a psychiatrist for more in depth help.
