How do I know if I got depression or not?

I took a bunch of those little online quiz things, but I’m afraid maybe i read it wrong and it exxagerated so I’m not really depressed. If I went to see a psychologist and I was WRONG and there wasn’t anythign wrong with me I’d feel really, really stupid and bad about myself over it. And I have a lot of doctor anxiety so that would make it 10x worse
