I am looking for information about obtaining a service dog?

I am in need of information about a obtaining a service dog for psychiatric disorders: social anxiety; depression; agoraphobia. I am on disability with limited finances but a real desire to get out and do things. I would appreciate any information about the possibility of getting a service dog.

i cant identify the difference between real sickness and anxiety induced sickness?

i have a anxiety disorder. im rarely sick but anxiety cuases all kinds of symptoms for me; nausea, stomach problems passing many bowel movements, flatulence etc etc
