Can an Anxiety/Panic attack cause an Asthma attack?

I’m doing a little research for a writing assignment; my main idea is a character that has panic attacks brought on by anxiety. I know that, during a panic attack, one can have dizziness and shortness of breath. What I need to know is whether the increased heart rate that often accompanies a panic attack could induce a related asthma attack. Sources are appreciated; I tried to look on WebMD but to no avail.

Anxiety medications than wont make me depressed?

I have really bad anxiety. I worry alot and get nervous around people who I dont kno. I have tried some anti depresents but they all seem to make me really depressed. does anyone kno of any medications that have worked and not have that side effect?

My name is Peter. Since seventh grade I have been suffering from debilitating anxiety. My OCD transformed itself into an eating disorder, and now I go back and forth between anorexia and the occasional binge. I have OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety disorder.
