    ya i had an anxiety attack last night and i heard this ticking sound and it started blasting my ears then i ffrose and i wasnt able to move with my eyes closed and my arms and legs were tensed up so it was like i was ducttaped together

    Thanks for the comment! This approach uses some of the principles of sensory integration theory. Sensory integration theory has to do with how your brain processes sensation. You can use sensory input to help organize and calm your nervous system. Thanks Again
