PLEASE HELP! panic attack?
I’m goin to a music festival in like two hours with my mum & i suffer from anxiety and panic , im having a huge panic attack now because im worried about the bigs crowds and noise but if i dont go i will let down all my family
what do i do please help me
To be honest, CALM DOWN, lol. It’s not that bad. It might seem like riding a scary roller-coaster, but they’re just like you and me. It’s okay.
