Panic Attack Symptoms
does this sound like symptoms of panic attack?

okay so i want to know if i had a panic attack today.
1. I was sitting in my math class today, and i started getting really warm and my face got really red.
2. I was in my chorus class and i started getting a “tingly” feeling and i got really nervous and i felt like I was going to pass out.
3. When I was in my car going home my heart started racing and pounding really hard, and i stopped breathing for about 2 seconds.

So does this sound like anxiety, panic attacks, anything?
Please helpp.

They are symptoms of anxiety/panic attacks. You can unknowingly get them without having a reason. I get them all the time in school. The reason you get all tingly is because you start to breathe a little bit faster and take shorter breaths. This means less oxygen to your body creating less blood flow. When this happens you should really just tell yourself that your fine and there’s nothing to be anxious about. Thinking about it could build on it and eventually lead to a panic attack.
