Panic Attacks During Pregnancy
Panic attacks during pregnancy?

I don’t have panic attacks, but everyday I feel as if I am going to and its always more than once in a day. I know why I feel like that, its my hormones, and I know how to stop myself from having one, but I just want to know if anyone else felt or feels the same way while they were pregnant or if they are.

it’s so normal, with my first pregnancy i had a lot of “panic attacks”. your hormones and all the changes going on are alot of stress on your body.
anxiety medication isn’t recommended during pregnancy, but if it’s severely effecting you from coping day to day, then you should talk to your doctor, and they can give you something for it. just know there are risks in taking those types of meds.
i was on anxiety meds after i had my son, and i got off of them just recently when i suspected i was pregnant.
as far as coping with your anxiety. try your best to calm down. close your eyes and take some deep breathes. talk to someone your close to and try to get it out, i know how you feel. but you’ll be fine, if you are able to talk yourself through them
