Pregnancy Anxiety Scale
This is driving me insane!!! anyone, help me!?

right so for quite a long time now (2 months) i have been fearing i am pregnant, although my chances are around less then 5% ie
I am on birth controll
it was pre ejaculation which got inside me (i know this can get me pregant)
i have had 2 periods during my pill free weeks.

I still can’t get the fact out of my head that i’m pregnant, my stomache has gotten fatter, and is very very bloated, is this due to early pregnany? Or could it be weight gain from my birth controll?

My anxiety is off the scale with this, i have even spoke to my doctor about it and she says she would ‘bet her house’ on me not being pregnant! I still have the constant worry, i need help please, from any who has being pregnant, what have you expierenced in early pregnancy? How have you felt?

Thank you so much!

If your doctor would “bet her house” you aren’t pregnant, then why not give you a test?

Early symptoms? The ones you don’t mention? Why so you can worry yourself into them too? Well, hopefully it will help convince you you aren’t:

My boobs, especially nipples were sore, nausea, heartburn (yep it started really early with my son), dehydration, not much weight change until about the 3rd month, butterflies (not like anxiety, but a little different).
